How we handle your information.

When you contact us
An enquiry, meeting request or handover from the AI brief sends your name, email address and what you wrote to hello@ripplelabs.co.za and stores it in our lead system so a person can reply. We keep it while we are talking to you and for up to two years after, then delete it. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside Ripple Labs and the services that carry the email.
The AI brief and the AI demonstrations
What you type is sent to Anthropic, the provider of the model, to produce the reply; their terms do not allow them to train on it. The demonstrations on the AI & data page keep nothing: your input goes to the model and back, and is not stored. The brief conversation is kept only if you hand it over to a person. Please keep confidential records, passwords and personal data about other people out of these boxes.
The client portal
If you are a client, the portal holds your project: documents, backlog, messages, files, and a record of who did what and when. Access is by an email link to the address your organisation gave us. We keep project records for the life of the engagement and seven years after, as our accounting rules require, unless you ask us to delete what the law lets us delete.
Payments
Card and bank payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details; we receive a payment reference and the amount.
Cookies and analytics
The public website sets no tracking cookies. The portal sets one cookie to keep you signed in. We use no third-party analytics.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@ripplelabs.co.za. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
